It’s always a great honour to work with companies that set the standard for their industry. But when it comes to helping those with disabilities, St John of God Accord goes even further by consistently developing and delivering support and assisted care services that change people’s lives. That’s why they’re currently building a proof-of-concept “smart” group home in East Brighton, Victoria, that will ensure increased independence for those with disabilities.
We’re thrilled to announce our collaboration with St John of God Accord, a division of St John of Accord Health Care—the third largest private hospital group in Australia. By combining forces with other technology leaders, including Samsung, we’ll be able to develop a seamless integration between technologies before installation in the East Brighton home.
Our “living lab”—located in our Perth headquarters—will be used for development, testing, and initial showcasing by our collaborative partners. Not only will it be an opportunity for prospective partners to see live demonstrations of what our solution can do, it’s also a great opportunity to network and expand our presence in the technology and health care industries.
Projects like this speak to the heart of what we do: creating solutions that make a difference in people’s lives. We can’t wait to see the finished project and the opportunities it will provide for residents. We’ll be posting updates as the project progresses.
