Cisco to open Internet of Everything Innovation Centre in Perth

Cisco estimates the Internet of Everthing (Cisco’s term for the Internet of Things) to be worth $US74 billion to the Australian economy over the next decade and is opening a new Internet of Everything innovation centre in the Perth, Western Australia suburb of Bentley.

According to Cisco, the Internet of Everything, which is the intelligent connection of people, processes, data and things to the Internet, brings unprecedented economic opportunities to private and public sectors. Utilizing sixty-one real-world use cases, Cisco consultants calculate that Internet of Everything based solutions can deliver US $19 trillion of economic value worldwide over the next decade.
